ALL STARZ THURSDAY NIGHT BASKETBALL

       

December 2011 Newsletter

       

1. FAMILY NIGHT 

        
 On Thursday, December 15th, we invite the players and their families to participate in a fun evening of basketball skills and competitions. Participants are asked to come dressed in gym attire. 

We kindly ask that each family contribute EITHER refreshments (which may include juice boxes or bottled juice or bottled water) OR light snacks (which may include cookies or veggies or cheese and crackers).
Please confirm your attendance and the number attending by responding to this email no later than Friday, December 9th. Also indicate which item you would prefer to contribute (to serve approximately 8 – 10 people). 
We will send out a summary of numbers of participants and contributions so that there is a balance of refreshments and snacks.

       

     

2. WINTER TERM
The basketball program will resume on Thursday, January 12, 2012 and continue until Thursday, April26, 2012 . There will be approximately 12-14 sessions (weather permitting) following in the winter term. If you know of anyone who would like to join the program, there are a few openings available. A reduced fee will be applied and the participant will receive a reversible jersey and basketball. Details are available upon request and a registration form can be submitted on the evening of the December 15th Family Night session.
